CellProp wrong state with tablecommands plugin

The cellproperties always have an active state in the toolbar using the tablecommands plugin. This is not correct, it should be disabled until a table cell is in focus.
All the other buttons show fine, like TableMergeCells/TableDeleteCells/etc.

This is visible using the plugin demo up till version 2.6.4.1.
