Can't to upload the image,WHY???

I am using the version is 2.6.3.when i upload the image and press "Send it to the Server" button,the page show a box show it uploading the image .and it is going long time until i close the window,and the image can't upload.why???????

check the folder permission where you are uploading the file.

Folder permission should be 777
