Can FCKEditor insert Video?

Good morning.

The first thing I want to apologize for my English. I'm from Spain, and my level is low.

I wanted to expose a problem that is not resolved FCKeditor.

I am fully integrated editor, and I am working to perfection, but wanted to know whether it is possible that the publisher inserted Videos (files. Mov,. Avi, .Wmv ...)

I tried on the tool bar to put the "Media" but I get error ( "Item bar unknown" Media ")

That is my question Can FCKeditor insert video?
And if you can ... How does it work? (documentation please)
