CVS and tools?

Hi,

I was wondering why there is no anonymous access to cvs and where I can find the tools that are used to generate the release javascript files.

As it is now, it is kind of difficult to modify/update/fix the code, which kind of defeats the open source benefits!

Good question, I want to know the same. I want to contribute and make sure that bugs I'm fixing aren't already fixed in CVS.
