CMS rights restricitons

Hello,


I recently had some one install the FCK editor 2.x.
So far so good. The thing is, that I need to be able to restrict the rights of other future users of my website.
I see in my account CK Source docs that this is possible, but dont know how this works.

Can any one help me on how to make this happen?
