CKEditor 3.0RC - no upload/browse capabilities?

Hello, I'm working on a test project and was thinking of using CKEditor. But I see there is no browse/upload option for images and flash files.
This is key for this test so I need to know if this capabilities is available in CKEditor 3RC or not

I also join to previous author in his question. The idea with upload/browse capabilities in FCK 2.* was really good. And I also found no this capability in CKEditor 3.0 RC2. I found "filebrowser plug-in" in the code, but I found no place, where we can use it.
