I found (http://dev.fckeditor.net/wiki/Bugs) and tried to send bug report in https://dev.fckeditor.net/newticket but I've got "TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation" So I write my bug report here.
I use Firefox 3.0 under Linux.
(Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008071812 Iceweasel/3.0.1 (Parsix-3.0.1-1) )
1. FCKeditor in FF3 shows RTL/LTR buttons but when I'm clicking on this buttons no things happens!
2. Links don't work correctly, when I add a link to text, after saving my contents, my address replacing with "/javascript286256/ "
3. All other buttons working well 
If I should send you more debugging information (e.g from firebug) or I should send this report to Trac please inform me.

You are not using Firefox, you are running Iceweasel. They might look similar, but they do changes to the core so try again with a real Firefox.
The link error happens when you use older versions of FCKeditor, so get the latest and try again.

Hi,
(Thanks to debian fo providing Free OS) but I chacket with Firefox 3.0 from Mozilla and checked on Firefox 3.0 on colligues Windows (MS Windows) and get the same result.
I was registered on Trac (user: navux) but double checked it and yes, after confirming registration now can send ticket.
But about Iceweasel in Debian (and Debian Based distros) there is no change in core, it's just Trade Mark and Freedom issue
I tried to send Ticket but after some triews I get Just Blank screen (White Screen!) any have trouble with Ticketing system? (Trac)
