Bug with File manager?

Hello I have add a little function to the filemanager, "the trashbin" to delete a file.
(sorry for my english!)
The problem is:
When I refresh the filemager, after the "cancellation" I want to remain in the same dir of the file. I try to pass to browser.html also the var folderPath but nothing to do!!! (

I have see the same problem when I insert a file (ex an image) in a page... then I select It, I click on (Insert/modify Image).... I see the correct path on the input but if I click on "Search on server" it start on the main dir and not that one of the image (a subfolder).

Any idea? Thanks and sorry again for my english.
