Better Image browser-

At first, I would say many thanks for yours great work.I am developer and i work on commercial CMS.I have problem.i would like used image manager of fckeditor with following modification, Readonly access :no creating dirs o subdirs for media no upload ,view restricted for showing only images, path to images without subdir image file aka Thumbnails .all settable thus config variable
i see web of http://mcpuk.net/fbxp/ it not fit all of my reqs.Sorry for my English,i am not native speaker
