Are the latest sources published?

Please, answer if it's possible to download the current project's sources with most recent bug-fixes applied.

I'm going to introduce and support FCKEditor in commercial project. Thus I would have much payed time for bug-fixing, etc. And I hope not to create a branch, but to contribute to mainstream project.
So it would also be very nice to know what bugs/features are already being processed by someone else and which ones are available.
