Any relation to RealObjects' Edit-on Pro?

Hi,

My university uses the WebCT course content software which among its features has java plug-in HTML editor. This editor is Edit-on Pro from RealObjects:

which I find remarkably similar to FCKeditor and I was wondering if there is any relation between the two.
