Add a new menu

How can I add a new Menu, or better a new tab under hyperlink, because my pages are running with a db, so If i want to link to them with out, writing the link, but just point and click.

I will also appreciate if anyone could give some hints to solve this matter. I did the same type of thing for another HTML-editor, but I cant figure out how to do it now.

Also - how does fck return values from modal boxes to "main window" ?
