2.4.1148 vs 2.5 or greater

I'm considering an upgrade to the latest version of FCK. I currently am using 2.4.1148, and considering the latest stable build, which I believe is 2.5. Is there a list any where of the bug fixes and changes from 2.4.1148 to 2.5? I want to ensure upgrading is the right decision.
