I cannot get 2.0 b2 to work at all on my machine. I have everything copied in, go to the samples directory and all that comes up is the box with the text (which is formatted correctly), but no toolbars.
If i select any of the html samples nothing is working, if i select any of the asp pages, nothing works. It almost seems like it cannot locate the images to load.
when I open in IE I get the following error :

The machine is a fresh install of windows 2003.
I can get 1.6 to launch, not 2.0
any help would be much appreciated
