1489768 isn't fixed - a show-stopper in FF

See my update of 1489768. Rightclicking in FF1504/xpsp2 will display the context menu out of place if the editor window has been scrolled. It's a show stopper as most users will not understand what's happening.

I stand corrected, please ignore my last message. It IS corrected. I hadn't diffed the .cfc and updated my own version of the component. Many apologies.
