undeletable widget + more problems

I developed the widget (looks like that - http://gyazo.com/1ad38cf1168340547ec9c1897417d20b - provide to insert and switch human sign in text). This widget must:

be undeletable
has no yellow or blue border while widget in focus like this - http://f5.s.qip.ru/V4IuUj9S.png
has no red dotted line like this - http://f5.s.qip.ru/V4IuUj9T.png

How I must to setup my widget to meet my conditions?

There's no such thing

There's no such thing currently like undeletable content. It can be unmodifiable, but it's still an object which can be moved around.
You can use widgets' classes to override widget styles. Just use them in contents.css file to apply other styles. Remember about selectors specificity.
That dotted red line is a magicline. It is displayed because editor sees block content at the beginning of editor and tries to make the space before it accessible. Either disable magicline if you don't like it or need it or you may try to use inline widget structure instead of block. It will not trigger magicline.
