I have two instances of Ckeditor on the page with different skin color (one default, second has green as base color).
The problem is that the second one overrides the dropdown menu styles of the first one ..
is there a way to fix this ?

var editor = CKEDITOR.replace( 'editor2', { uiColor:'green', stylesSet : [ { name: 'Strong Emphasis', element: 'strong' },{ name: 'Emphasis', element: 'em' }] });It doesn't override styles in any of the editors, so you can have instance-specific styles without problems. Styles in style.js are global for all editors but you can replace them with instance specyfic styles. Without further explanation of what you did we can't help you.
