Hi, just had my zencart upgraded to v1.5.1 and the programmer is having trouble getting ckeditor to work. It works on her test server, and shows up in my zencart admin as an option, but does not load. She's determined that it must be a problem with the host server (bluehost) and suggested I contact them. I did, and bluehost wants to know what the server requirements are. I don't know a lot about this stuff, which is why I need a WYSIWYG editor in the first place, but I just spent 20 mins. on the ckeditor site looking for server requirements and cannot find it, only browser requirements. I should add that prior to this upgrade, fckeditor was installed and worked fine. And that the programmer is a zencart specialist and knows it inside and out.
I would so appreciate some advice. Please keep in mind I'm not a programmer. : )

CKEditor doesn't have any
CKEditor doesn't have any special server requirements. It's a JavaScript application like any other, mostly handled by the browser. There have been few questions regarding Zencart and CKEditor on these boards but check this. I regularly see the Zencart boards mention ways to make CKEditor work, so you'll get a wealth of information in their forum.
