The BBCode plugin does not
The BBCode plugin does not support alignment, because BBCode does not support it. That's why it doesn't work. Use HTML instead.

You can fork CKEditor
You can fork CKEditor repository and modify the plugin. But of course JS skills.

You'd have more luck asking
You'd have more luck asking for help on a JS programming site. Or you can hire a development company like CKSource. They specialize in CKEditor development.

We already told you. You need
We already told you. You need professional help. Contact CKSource sales. There's no magical switch to have that done. It would require some coding to have BBCode behave like that. One will need to take the BBCode plugin, learn about CKEditor and then code it. Nobody will do that for you for free. Ask for help on JS and programming sites. Good luck!
