place html file out of root folder

Hi every one

I am trying put out all jsp/html pages outside ckeditor//root directory and want placed inside pages directory

• projectname
•      ckeditor//root
•             plugin
•             html/jsp // include all plugins which i am using
•       pages// where i want to put all html/jsp pages

now how  to set path so that html/jsp contain the tools of ckeditor
