percent/pixels drop-down for tables?

There used to be a dropdown in the table dialog, next to width and height, where the person editing could choose between pixels and percent for (at least the) width of the table. That's not there in v4. Is there a setting to bring it back?

You can write 100% or 100px

You can write 100% or 100px directly in the width/height fields.

thanks, but...

That much I knew. We had some push back from the customers on this one. They found it confusing. Having it specifiied explicity seemed to comfort them.
