indent IN a line like MS Word

I've a question: is it possible to indent IN a line like the indent function in MS Word?

Now, when press the indent button when I'm IN a line, the whole paragraph jumps to the right.

But what I want is a format like this (without tables):

Item:                   Sample Text 1
                           Sample Text 2 
                           Sample Text 3
Item 2:                Sample Text etc.

Is this possible in CK editor?
