First, I see references to this topic but none provide a clear answer to me - a relative newbie.
I have a custom css stylesheet I want to use in phplist so I can make my newsletter. Can someone SLOWLY walk me through how I do this? I see prior answers of edit this file or that file but how do I do that. Is there a file edit app to use ? e.g. notepad or notepad+ Patience please.
