image upload

Hello. I am using ckeditor with option to upload image. I am using to this simple imagebrowser plugin. I managed to send files to server and retrieve string information from it which is saved in upload element. But I dont know how to send this string to txtUrl and how to make some filters in browsing files. Because now user can pick every file he wants
