when using inline editing in multiple editor frames
how do I pin a common toolbar to a designated div container in a fixed position which is shared by all editor instances?
The toolbar requires to be configured on the fly (different toolbars for different editor instances as in /samples/inlineall.html example).
This was in "shared spaces" in earlier releases.

To activate shared spaces you need to include the sharedspace plugin - all information you need you'll find in a sample in plugin's folder and in API docs. However, since latest stable release is still 4.0.2 (4.1 is a RC), online builder can't build 4.1 with shared spaces. Therefore, to test it you need to check the major branch in ckeditor-dev repository.
