Weird padding issue in Chrome/Firefox

Hey all,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a strange problem I'm having. In Chrome/Firefox, when CKEditor is loaded I'm getting a strange padding at the top and bottom of the editor.

In IE, it's fine. See below..

It's also fine on the sample pages that come with the edtior in Chrome/Firefox. I've tried almost everything to resolve this, I've checked and reset styling on my textareas but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?
