CK editor is completely useless unless I can add some CSS code in the source view. I've seen nothing in the documentation about this. All I want to do is identify a table so I can target it in my CSS file. Is this not possible? I can't believe there isn't some way of entering tiny bits of code.

Add the Advanced Tab plugin
Add the Advanced Tab plugin to CKEditor. It will add an Advanced tab that will include the ID option.
