Upload Images to NodeJS? CKFinder

is it possible to use CKFinder with a NodeJS backend ?

How about uploading Images to NodeJs with CKEditor?

Thubnails / fancybox ?

Hello,
is there a way that when you add images to create a thumbnail instead of displaying the full picture just scaled down ?
How about later adding Fancybox to show the full picture ?
