Well, I have a lot of problems, and I need solution as soon as possible, because I have a website where public information material, code, open source programs among much more.
When I upload an image of an error stating that the safe_mode on this, but disable it in PHP.INI and when saved the text the code of the image is converted to HTML entity.
Instead of saving the tags saved as shown below, please help me to solve, did several searches on the web, but I found the solution.
