Hi, ckeditor and UTF8 wirks fine for me.
But I've got problems with spaces at the end of a row.
The Result is something lik this (from my mySQL-DB):
sdfg sfgsdfgksjdfhgksgf skdfjgshkdghsdfg<br />
sdfgskdfjghskdfjh sdfgsdfg aaaaa <br />
sdfjglskdfjgls öäü kdfjglskdf sdfgsdgs bbbbbbbb<br />
sdfgskdfghskdfjghskdfj sfgsdfgsdfg <br />
As you can see, everything, even üöä ... are problemless well in the DB, but in the 2nd and the 4th you can see nonebraking spaces bevor the break.
I Use config.removePlugins = 'entities'; to prevent converting special charackters entities.
What can I do against this nonebreakingspace?
Javascript UTF problems...
Not sure if this is your issue, but an insurmountable problem with Javascript is that it only handles UTF-16 correctly. Thus, some unicode characters cannot be correctly saved by any javascript program. You meet this issue with the 'smart quotes' created by Word HTML.
