Problems in integrating placeholder plugin with ckeditor 4.3

Hello All,

             I am trying to integrate placeholder plugin with CK Editor 4.3 as an external plugin and following the steps as described in README . I am using IE 10 and i am getting error SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'icons' of undefined or null reference . How do i go about to solve this ?
