download the custom version of CKEditor, taking away and adding some buttons, and more beautiful skin, but visually works perfectly in firefox:

Refresh Chrome

Seems just be a problem of cache.

Refresh Chrome with CTRL+F5

If refreshing doesn't help, clear all of Your browser's temporary files and make sure Chrome doesn't have any caching improvement plugins turned on.
