Plugin Source Dialog works only with default toolbar

If I have a toolbar named "config.toolbar_mytoolbarxy", there is no surce button in the toolbar. How can I make it work with a custom toolbar?

You need to call it as

You need to call it as 'Sourcedialog' I had to try a couple of times as e.g. 'SourceDialog' and 'sourcedialog' won't work etc.
