Placing text DIVs over embeded image

Hi guys,

is there any facility (plug-in) to add and place smal text DIV over image? I.e. to make image remarks. Also is a big plus if operator can move DIVs over image to change their position when needed.

I mean creation of DIV with absolute position inside image or DIV with image.

If it doesn't exist, can you recommend how to implement this? I can do this myself. May be someone cam recommend a code example or give some clues?
