Pasting image part on IE 10 not working uisng CKEditor

Hi,

When I try to copy a part of an image copied from a program like paint, it is not workign on IE10, but it works fine on FF and Chrome.

I have tried browsing the demo URL  http://www.martinezdelizarrondo.com/ckplugins/simpleuploads.demo4/ on IE10, FF and Chrome. This demo URL also behaves same (image part paste feature doesnt work on IE10). 

I have also noticed that there is a comment mentioning "With Chrome and Firefox, you can copy an image or part of it to your clipboard in a program like Photoshop, Paint.Net, etc... and then paste it into the contents with Ctrl+V. " Does this conlcude this feature doesnt work on IE 10 ? or is there some specific setting that I should change on IE to get it working ? or is it enabled on latest verstios ?
