Can anyone tell me if they are also having problems pasting from word inot the CKEditor
using the "Paste From Word" tab teature on the Editor? When I try to do this the fonts always
defaults to size 10 and I often lose any cloor I migh have use in my word doc because all the
words go to black.
I also have a very difficult time changing the font size. Is there a version of the CKEditor maybe
the Beta 4 that helps with his problem pasting from word. Does the paid version do a better job
with this??
We are currently using the FULL Version of the CkEditor that has all 69 tabs including the Paste
From Word Tab.
Thanks....Jim

There is no difference between the Open Source and Premium (paid) version except for the license, included access to the support channel and of course, our gratitude that you want to support what we do.

Hi Anna,
Hi Anna,

We have used your CK editor inside our eCourse Development Pllatform to build these eCourses but your editor caused or top teachers a lot of problems when they used the paste from word feature. We can show you this with a skype scree share if you are open to that. Ny skype contact info is JIm Knight jim.knight4 I would like to do a three way skype with Karina who really has had a lot of problems with your editor: You can see our eCourses here below. Hi Jim,
Hi Jim,
as a rule, we do not provide custom development and are also unable to provide direct support for users of the Open Source CKEditor version. This is simply due to the volume of incoming requests -- if we wanted to help everyone with their particular cases, we wouldn't be able to keep on developing the editor for the whole community. And I'm sure this is not what you would wish to achieve, wouldn't you?
There are thus two ways how you can proceed. First of all, you can continue using the free, Open Source editor version and report all bugs on our tracker. Just go to the Development site, file a bug report, and add as many details as possible to make it easier for us to investigate.
You can also pay for a commercial CKEditor license and gain access to the dedicated support channel where our QA & developers will be able to answer any specific editor questions and requests that you may have.
Thank you!
