Now im sure this is likely to be a silly question for most of you, but i can not seem to find a working answer, I can not get the changes i make in ckeditor to take effect on the page im working on.
I have tried an html extension and a php extension but neither seem to work. I have tried the tutorial and just not getting it. I have CKEditor installed on a WAMP server with no other type of software installed, DRUPAL or wordpress etc.
I have read some suggestion about saving amendments to a database but i dont want to do that, i want to save to html or php.
I am using the latest full version of CKEditor and php 5.4.3

I know wheat you mean. I'm looking for something as easy to integrate into the HTML of my website and as easy for my client to use as 'Snippetmaster' but obviously more up-to-date and professional looking. I can get the editor to work (locally) but I don't know how edited content can be saved/published, I also don't know how the client would log-in to use the editor or how to ensure the site is secure from unwanted editors! I'm a designer rather than developer (probably obvious!). Any suggestions? Is CKEdit the product I am looking for?
