New plugin : ABC Music Notation

Hi,

I created a new plugin to insert/edit ABC music notation with the great javascript libraries abcjs by Paul Rosen. You can insert music notation, view syntax warnings and ear the music with Quicktime MIDI player (only 7.7.3 version with Chrome or Firefox).

You can test it here. It works fine with Firefox and Chrome, doesn't works on IE8 and I haven't test with IE9,10,11 (if someone could).

I'm thinking to add a template system to create easily the ABC code for piano, string quartet, vocal groups ...
