I am having a issue with the editor not loading in Chrome 38, Windows 8.
This appears to be when using a non-default skin. I have set the confog to:
config.skin= 'moonocolor';
The error that shows up in the inspector on Chrome is that unsecured content is being run. So something to do with the skin is not loading content respecting the current https and subdomain state, but rather tryign to load via http or maybe ignoring the subdomain.
You should let the skin's
You should let the skin's creator, webtrix, know about this. It's not an official CKEditor skin. You'd have to provide more info, however. You can do so by leaving a comment on the skin's official page.

The folder was missing skin.js - that was not included in the bundle download from this site but is included in the straight download.
