Justify plugin integration

Hi everyone,

I want to add the alignment buttons to my ckeditor 4 

I searched in the forun and I found the justify plugin

But the problem is I didn't find any documentation or way to install it

I hope is someone can help me to install the plugin and to add the justify button to my editor
