I was doing accessibility user testing yesterday and discovered some strange behavior. When typing in CKEditor, my user tried to navigate the text he typed using Ctrl + Arrow. We observed that for his sentence "This test is just for fun" when he was navigating left to right, JAWS didn't read the word "fun" when he got to it. And when he presed Ctrl + Righ Arrow to get to the end, JAWS read "This", which made him think he was at the beginning of the sentence again, even though the cursor was at the end. I don't know if this is a JAWS bug or a CKEditor bug, but I wanted to see if anyone else has seen anything similar in testing with screen readers.
We were using CKEditor 4.2, FF 22 and JAWS 14.
Thanks for your information!
Thanks for your information! In the most recent CKEditor version (4.3.1) we fixed a few issues with Arrow navigation + JAWS. Can you upgrade your editor installation and check if you can still reproduce this issue? If you do, we will be very grateful if you could report a ticket on our Development site. Our QA will be happy to investigate it.

It was tested with FF 25, Windows 7, and JAWS 15 and could reproduce it. I'll upgrade my Firefox and let you know if I still see it.
