Our client has reported an issue where users who have IE7 cannot scroll the bottom of a document within CKEditor v 3.6.3 in our application. I have been able to replicate this issue using IE9 in compatibility mode...basicsally, the letter is about 2.5 pages and once I switch to compatibility mode, I cannot scroll to the bottom to view/edit the content at the end of the letter...it cuts off before the bottom of the second page.
I would love to tell them to upgrade their browsers, but it's a rather large company so this isn't an easy option!
Has anyone seen this issue before? How do I resolve this?
First of all, try to
First of all, try to reproduce it on a more recent CKEditor version (3.6.3 was released over a year ago, there were many fixes in the meantime). You can grab the latest release from the 3.x line and try it as well as see if this is reproducible on our CKEditor 4 demo. If this has already been fixed, you will need to upgrade your CKEditor installation. If not, please be so kind as to report it on our Development site, including as many details as possible (a sample text that gives you problems, editor configuration, your environment etc.). Thanks!
