Is it possible to make formatting persist even after page loaded?

Hello Sir/Madam

I am displaying my custom template in ckeditor. User can change format of text/contents of template manually.

What i want is, when user makes any change in format of text/contents then changed format should persist even after page loaded. 

Is it possible, or is there any way to make it happens?

Please provide me solution as soon as possible.
