Inserting and deleting rows and columns in a table

I am unable to insert/delete row, column in the table area. when right clicking I am unable to add a row or delete a row from the menu. What has changed, it was all ok early last week.

Do you have the Table Tools

Do you have the Table Tools and Table Resize plugins installed?

Thanks for your reply, sorry I have not been on line as I have been away for the Christmas break.

The last time Iupdated the website was on the 11 th December and everything was ok then, now I can not insert or delete tables, when in the html editor I can not link files, or can not upload photos.

Unfortunately I have limited IT skills (as I am getting on in years) but thought I was doing ok with the website the way it used to be. Not sure what has changed.
