Input to Ckeditor.text "Test" gets changed to "Test"

When I debug my ASP.Net VB page, the Ckeditor.text value is "Test" which is what shows in editing mode of the control. When in source mode "Test" is displayed.

It seems like the input is somehow being translated. I have another page which works fine.Is there. Has anyone else had this problem?
