Inline CSS in new editor

We use CKEditor for all kind of HTML pages. Most of them use inline CSS. (ex. <h1 style="color: red">).

With the new version of the CKEditor this doesn't work anymore, the tags are skipped when you view the source of the page.

Does anybody how to configure this?
