Inline CKeditor steals focus

I have a div with inline ckeditor and another normal text box. I render this both on document ready and put the focus on the text box. But the inline ckeditor div steals the focus and the focus is not shown on the text box. If i minimize the window and bring it back again or swithch the window using alt + tab and come back again, the focus is shown on the text box. Does any1 has idea why this happens and how to stop CKEditor from stealing the focus in the first place.
