In-Page Configuration of Toolbar using ASP.NET Visual Basic

I had difficulty in figuring out how to configure the toolbar in-page using VB.  After severa searchs I succeded in coding a test page.  The ASP.NET VB code is in the attached file.  I hope this will be useful to others converting to ASP.NET VB..
