IE 10 general issues

To whom it may concern:  When I use your CK Editor application and integrate it into one of my web pages it has an issue with appearing properly if forced to be run in IE 10 Standards mode.  The only issue with it is that the border of the editor appears disjoint on the right hand side:

I guess I was just wondering if this is a known issue and there is an update in the works for it or if I should figure out how to fix it myself....
