How to make a build on a windows machine ?

How do we have to proceed to make a build on a windows machine?

The manual says to run the command "sh build.sh" but I think this is Linux stuff. Do I need to install something for that?

Help needed with building

Hi Reinmar,

I wonder if you could help me out. I installed cygwin but I have no experience with it at all. Could you give me step-by-step instructions on how to create a new build using the cygwin terminal ($).
